Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot Infios, HighJump, or Körber WMS applications.
Handle WMS modules such as Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, ASN, PO, and Cycle Counting.
Support RF scanners, WMS integrations, and automation interfaces.
Perform API troubleshooting, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance.
Use AI tools for log analysis, anomaly detection, and issue pattern identification.
Create SOPs, PRBs, and knowledge transfer documents.
Collaborate with business, operations, and development teams.
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience in Infios WMS or HighJump/Körber WMS.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and RF workflows.
API troubleshooting (REST/SOAP).




SQL Server and performance tuning.
WMS support, development, and production issue resolution.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Positive to Have:
Körber WMS architecture knowledge.
Warehouse automation exposure.
Azure DevOps / CI-CD experience.
Agile/Scrum working experience.
Role Focus: WMS Support, Troubleshooting, SQL Performance Tuning, API Support, RF Device Support, and AI-driven operational improvements.
