Conduct market research to identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and selling opportunities in the US market .

Design and execute outbound prospecting campaigns across cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels to generate qualified meetings.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting and follow-ups.

Schedule qualified meetings and create robust handoffs for the sales team.





Capture and share prospect and customer feedback with the sales and management teams to support product and go-to-market improvements.

Manage leads effectively in the CRM, maintain accurate lead statuses, and ensure pipeline data and reports remain up to date.

Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, SDR, or Outbound Sales , preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.

US Market Experience: Experience prospecting or selling into the US market is preferred.

Performance Track Record: Demonstrated evidence of strong sales performance, such as consistently meeting or exceeding targets, achieving high activity levels, or being recognized as a top performer.

Strong Calling, Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to spend significant time speaking with prospects over the phone, engage them confidently, build relationships, and drive
