To focus on business development and expand the footprint of Linen Club Apparel, especially in Trade & LFS

Job Context & Major Challenges

Linen Club has, over the years, established itself as the leading brand in the domestic linen fabric market, commanding a market share of approximately 70% - a position it has consistently sustained. In 2014, the company extended its portfolio into linen ready-made garments under the brand Linen Club Studio.

Leverage and expand the existing partner network to scale up Linen Club Apparel, and drive sales initiatives that position Linen Club as the preferred linen garment brand among customers and retailers.
Build solid, lasting relationships with retailers, backed by consistent sales and service support in line with Linen Club standards.

Key Result Areas

Devise and execute seasonal sales plan for EBO’s and MBO’s

Develop and execute the regional sales plan, factoring in market conditions and competitive landscape.
Analyze season-on-season and year-on-year sales performance for Linen Club Apparel and provide actionable inputs.




Break down sales targets to sub-state and counter level, and drive achievement against these targets.
Maintain a healthy working relationship between channel partners and the organization.
Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers, in coordination with Linen Club agents/distributors.

Sale and service support to the retailer

Monitor timely replenishment orders for Linen Club Apparel counters.
Ensure continuous sales support to retailers through the Sales Executive team.

Provide dotted-line mentorship and functional oversight to a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.

-Monitor, facilitate, and periodically review the performance of Customer Care Associates in coordination with their Team Leaders.
Provide timely inputs and training support to strengthen Team Leaders' customer service and sales capabilities.
