Summary
We are seeking a creative, data-driven,



and strategic Employer Branding & Marketing Lead to strengthen our employer brand and support business leaders in effectively marketing our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content for social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn) to attract potential candidates and promote our testing services.

Partner with local business leaders across India to create and execute targeted social media campaigns and marketing collaterals that support business objectives.

Develop marketing materials, including brochures, posters & other promotional assets.

Conduct market research to identify trends in social media.

Support employer branding initiatives by gathering employee testimonials and stories.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of social media activities by compiling competitors’ data.

Draft monthly newsletters to strengthen internal branding and ensure consistent communication across the organization.

Provide management oversight to the Business Unit Marketing team (which will dotted line reports
