Overview
Hrzworkz is looking for a high-velocity UI/UX Design Intern for a focused 3-month sprint. We are incubated at IIT Madras and moving fast to build out our digital ecosystem. This role is strictly for a designer who lives and breathes in Figma—we need someone who can take a concept and turn it into a high-fidelity, interactive reality without needing their hand held.
If you can build a design system while others are still looking for the "Rectangle" tool, we want you on the team.
Key Responsibilities
Figma-First Workflow: Build everything in Figma. We are looking for production-ready designs, not just sketches.
Rapid Prototyping: Develop clickable, high-fidelity prototypes that mirror the final product experience.
Component Architecture: Create and manage reusable components, variants, and auto-layouts to keep the design files clean and scalable.
Iterative Design:



Quickly pivot and update designs based on team feedback and technical constraints.
What You Need to Bring
Figma Fluency: You should be an "almost expert" in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, and Prototyping are your best friends).
Visual Precision: A sharp eye for typography, spacing, and modern UI trends.
Speed & Quality: The ability to deliver polished work within tight deadlines.
Portfolio: A link to your work that specifically highlights UI/UX projects designed in Figma.
