We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Developer for a long-term 6+ month project.
This role is heavily focused on Salesforce Industries, Vlocity CPQ, Ordering and OmniStudio. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in these areas will be prioritised.
What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture / Technical Lead experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Vlocity / Salesforce Industries CPQ experience
• 5+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience
• Strong Vlocity CPQ and Ordering experience
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end CPQ and Ordering solutions
• Strong understanding of Product Catalog, Product Configuration, Pricing, Rules, Promotions and Order Management
• Solid experience with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and FlexCards
• Hands-on Apex, LWC and JavaScript development experience
• Experience with Salesforce Industries data models and platform architecture
• Strong REST/SOAP API and third-party integration experience
• Experience troubleshooting complex CPQ and Ordering issues
• Strong performance optimisation and debugging skills
• Ability to lead technical design while remaining approximately 80% hands-on
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Major Project Focus:
Vlocity / Salesforce Industries CPQ and Ordering are the highest priorities for this role.
Approximately 60 to 65% of the project deliverables will be related to Ordering.
Candidates whose primary experience is standard Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce CPQ without significant Vlocity / Industries CPQ and Ordering experience may not be suitable.
