Role Description The Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sultanpur. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting Elephant Cement products in the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include visiting dealers, distributors,



and construction sites, conducting product presentations, and explaining the benefits of OPSD Technology to potential buyers. The role involves negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines, preparing regular sales reports, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with dealers, contractors, and end customers.
Basic understanding of cement or building materials, construction processes, or a willingness to learn technical product features such as OPSD Technology.
