About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and take responsibility for our social media marketing, content strategy and digital advertising.
We want someone who knows what they are doing, can work strategically and independently, understands paid advertising and social-media algorithms, and can recommend the right digital strategies to help grow our business.
This is not just a posting job. We want someone who can develop a strategy, execute campaigns, analyse results and continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management




· Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
· Recommend other social-media or digital channels that may be relevant to our business.
· Develop monthly social-media strategies and content calendars.
· Plan and schedule posts, Reels and short-form video content.
· Write engaging captions, social-media copy and calls-to-action.
· Develop content ideas that increase reach, engagement and brand awareness.
· Manage hashtags, trends and relevant social-media opportunities.
· Monitor comments, messages and audience feedback.
· Build an engaged online community.

Paid Advertising
· Run and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
· Manage lead-generation, traffic, conversion, retargeting and lookalike campaigns.
· Run and optimise Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube and remarketing campaigns.
· Conduct keyword research a
