Role Description The Deputy Manager Commercial will oversee commercial operations, including pricing, contracts, and business planning for elastomer products in the automotive segment. This full time role is based in Chennai in a hybrid model, combining on-site presence at the manufacturing facility with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating commercial proposals,



negotiating terms with customers and suppliers, monitoring revenue and margins, and supporting strategic planning. The role involves preparing and reviewing commercial documents, coordinating with production, finance, and supply chain teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The Deputy Manager Commercial will also lead or support a small team, track performance against targets, and provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.
