Role Description: ASD - Design Engineer - Trainee role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.



The trainee will assist in the design and development of Air suspension components, working closely with senior engineers to translate product requirements into robust engineering designs. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating CAD models and drawings, supporting product design reviews, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and testing to ensure manufacturability and compliance with standards. The role also involves performing basic engineering calculations, documenting design changes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in design processes and tools. The position offers hands-on exposure to the automotive components industry and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in a structured training environment.

Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with practical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and basic design calculations.
