Role Description The Hardware Design Engineer is a full time, hybrid role based in Chennai, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves designing, developing, and validating electronic hardware, including circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout coordination,



and hardware architecture definition for a range of OEM products. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into hardware specifications, perform simulations, analyze test data, and refine designs for reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include creating technical documentation, supporting prototyping and production builds, and working closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth transition from design to mass production. The role also requires ongoing troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of existing hardware platforms.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Hardware Development and Hardware Design, with experience taking concepts through prototyping to production-ready hardware.
Proficiency in Electronics Hardware Design and Circuit Design, including schematic creation, component
