MemoryO is an early-stage startup building MemoryOS — memory infrastructure for AI applications and agents. We’re working on making AI memory more reliable across conversations, users, agents, and services, with a focus on areas like provenance, conflict resolution, and long-term context.
We’re still at the building and early-user stage, so this is not a traditional company environment with fixed roles and processes. We’re a small team learning, experimenting, talking to users, shipping quickly, and figuring things out as we go.

We’re especially interested in working with students, recent graduates, and early-career builders who want to experience what it’s actually like to build a startup from the beginning.
Role Description
We’re looking for someone to join the Founding Team – Growth & Storytelling.
This is a remote, early-stage founding-team role focused on helping us figure out how MemoryO should be positioned, talked about, and discovered by early users.
You’ll work closely with the founder on things like startup storytelling, social content, user outreach,



community building, launch strategy, early-user acquisition, positioning, and experiments across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Reddit, communities, and startup platforms.
You don’t need to already be an expert marketer. We’re looking more for someone who can understand what we’re building, ask good questions, communicate ideas simply, and keep experimenting until something works.
Important: This is currently an unpaid role. We are students building the company at an early stage and are not paying salaries yet. This is best suited for someone who genuinely wants to build alongside us, learn through doing, and potentially grow into a larger founding role as the company progresses.
The role is remote, and adaptable around college or other commitments.

Qualifications
Student, recent graduate, or early-career builder interested in startups, AI, growth, or storytelling.
Strong written and verbal communication skill
