Role Description The Direct Sales Executive role is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and approaching prospective customers, demonstrating PureAyre products, and clearly explaining product benefits and use cases across home, pet, baby, car, shoes and marine segments. The Direct Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation,



product presentations, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions. Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, handling inquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and delivery, and providing feedback from the field to support marketing and product initiatives. The role also requires meeting sales targets, participating in promotional events or in-store demonstrations, and representing the brand professionally in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address questions, and provide a positive buying experience.
Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
