About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
The role involves identifying prospects, engaging with decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, understanding customer needs, and converting opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and inbound leads.
Reach out to prospective customers through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and communicate Fabriplay's business value effectively.




Drive meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements.
Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Convert qualified opportunities into paying customers and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify opportunities for product and business growth.
Support strategic partnership and collaboration initiatives when required.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
