Role Description The Business Head is responsible for leading Weboin’s overall business strategy, growth, and operational performance. This full time, on-site role in Chennai involves setting revenue and profitability targets,



designing go-to-market plans, and overseeing key client accounts to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality digital marketing and web solutions. The position includes directing sales and marketing initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and building partnerships that support long-term business expansion. The Business Head will manage cross-functional teams, mentor team leads, and ensure alignment between project execution, client expectations, and company objectives. The role also includes monitoring business metrics, preparing performance reports, driving process improvements, and representing the organization in high-level client meetings and industry forums.
