Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Lead – Presales to lead and manage the Presales team responsible for handling inbound leads, customer enquiries, lead qualification, follow-ups, and site visit conversions.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication and team management skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive the team towards achieving lead conversion and site visit targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the Presales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Manage inbound leads received through calls, digital campaigns, website, portals, and other sources.
Ensure timely allocation and follow-up of leads among team members.
Monitor lead response time, follow-ups, customer interactions, and lead conversion.
Guide the team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable properties.
Drive lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversions.
Monitor daily call volumes, connected calls, follow-ups, qualified leads, and site visits.




Review team performance through daily and weekly MIS reports.
Identify performance gaps and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective handover of qualified leads and site visits.
Work with the Marketing team to understand campaign performance and lead quality.
Track lead sources and conversion ratios to identify high-performing channels.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of lead information in the CRM.
Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, pipeline, challenges, and action plans.
Develop call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and best practices to improve conversions.
Maintain discipline and adherence to defined Presales processes and SOPs.
Prepare and present performance reports to management.
