Job Responsibilities
Handle contract signing, track the arrival of purchase orders, resolve abnormalities, and manage inventory.
Collaborate with business and demand departments to address delivery and quality abnormalities of materials/services provided by suppliers (including routine issues and those within the contract scope).
Formulate supplier payment schedules, conduct account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and implement other risk control measures.
Communicate with various internal departments to accurately and timely transmit procurement requirements.
Job Qualifications
Responsible for supplier sourcing, contract signing and delivery management in the India region.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English.
Working experience in procurement within the wind power or related industries.
Work location: India.
At least 3 years of procurement working experience.
