About The Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Development Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, UI5, and Fiori to lead development teams and oversee the quality of technical deliverables. The role combines technical leadership, development governance, solution design reviews, and hands-on expertise across SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Job Description

The role involves leading SAP development teams across S/4HANA implementation and enhancement programs, including work delivered by partners and third-party service providers. The candidate will ensure development follows SAP best practices and aligns with current recommendations for S/4HANA implementations.

The position requires robust experience across ABAP on HANA, UI5/Fiori, OData, CDS, BTP, RAP, and CAP, along with technical design reviews and development quality assurance. The candidate will also support future S/4HANA upgrades, review business and functional designs, and provide technical solutions focused on performance and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities





Lead SAP development teams for S/4HANA implementation and enhancement programs.
Govern development quality and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
Review technical designs, business process designs, functional specifications, and development deliverables.
Oversee ABAP, UI5, and Fiori development across partners and third-party service providers.
Work on WRICEF objects including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions/migrations.
Support BTP, RAP, CAP, OData, CDS, and ABAP on HANA development initiatives.
Lead SAP UI development using Fiori Elements, SAP UI5, Fiori Launchpad, and standard Fiori applications.
Provide technical solutions, performance improvements, development guidance, and support for future S/4HANA upgrades.
