The roleFind US service businesses that fit, reach the owner on LinkedIn, start the conversation, and book qualified discovery calls. Our founders run the calls and close. You own everything up to that point.
How your day works • Build a list of high-potential prospects that match our ICP — owners and decision-makers at US service businesses • Reach out to 25–30 of them on LinkedIn every day. Personalised, not copy-pasted. Quality of the opener decides everything. • Work every reply the same day. Warm ones get a conversation, not a pitch. • Qualify:



do they have real lead volume, real follow-up pain, and authority to decide? • Book the qualified ones onto a founder's calendar • Log activity and outcomes so we can see what messaging is landing • Follow up on non-responders and on prospects who said "not now"That's it. Roughly 30 thoughtful touches a day, worked properly, is the whole job.
What you'd earn • 10% of every build fee — $300 per closed deal (about ₹26,000), paid within 7 days of the client's payment clearing • 10% of the monthly retainer, for as long as that client stays with us — $30/month per client, with no cut-off date • Uncapped. No territory limits.The residual is the real prize. Every client you bring keeps paying you monthly for as long as they stay. After ten months, a client has paid you as much in residual as the original commission — and it keeps going. A client who stays three years is worth around $1,380 to you, not $300.Build a
