Senior Payroll & Accounting Specialist – ADP & QuickBooks
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll & Accounting Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in payroll processing, accounting operations, and financial administration. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in ADP and QuickBooks , with a proven ability to manage payroll, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and support day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll using ADP for employees on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, deductions, benefits, taxes, and other payroll-related information.
- Handle payroll tax filings, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks .
