Job Description Location: Remote / India Type: Full-time Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 fixed + performance incentives We are launching a recent service focused on connecting people in Australia with relevant migration professionals. We are looking for a strong phone-based salesperson / appointment setter who can take warm inbound leads, speak to them confidently, understand their situation, qualify them, and book them for the next step. This is not a customer support role. This is a sales role . What you will do Call warm inbound leads generated through Meta/Facebook ads Respond to new leads quickly Understand the lead’s situation through structured questioning Build rapport and trust over the phone Qualify whether the lead is suitable for the next step Book qualified appointments with migration professionals Follow up with leads who do not answer or do not book immediately Keep CRM records updated accurately Track calls, bookings, follow-ups,



and outcomes Work toward clear weekly appointment and show-rate targets Review call recordings and continuously improve your sales approach Your responsibility is to understand the lead at a high level, qualify them, explain the next step clearly, and book the appointment. We are looking for someone who Has 1–3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, appointment setting, counselling, or phone-based sales Is extremely comfortable speaking to people on the phone Has strong spoken English Sounds confident, warm, and trustworthy Can build rapport quickly Knows how to ask good questions rather than blindly reading a script Can handle objections naturally Is comfortable following up multiple times Is target-driven and commercially minded Is highly responsive and organised Can work independently without needing constant supervision Is comfortable working with Australian customers Experience that is especially relevant Candidates from these backgrounds are strongly preferred: Study abroad / overseas education Immigration / migra
