Job Description JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Key Responsibilities :-
1. DESIGN SUPPORT & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
- Assist senior designers in developing design concept, mood board & space planning
- Conduct research on design references, materials, and trends

2. CLIENT INTERACTION SUPPORT
- Assist in creating presentations for client meetings
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and feedback
- Incorporate client inputs into drawings and design revisions
- Submit MOMs & weekly reports .
- Ensure an immediate response for calls, messages & mails

3. PROJECT COORDINATION SUPPORT
- Assist in managing assigned tasks across multiple projects
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Report & coordinate with internal team for smooth workflow
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion under supervision

4. DRAWINGS & TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
- Prepare 2D drawings including layouts, detailed drawings and GFC drawings
- Revise drawings based on feedback from senior designers
- Ensure accuracy , scale, and clarity in all drawings




- Maintain organized records of drawing versions and updates

5. 3D VISUALIZATION OR MOODBOARD PRESENTATION SUPPORT
- Create mood board or 3D models and assist in rendering views
- Support in preparing presentation decks
- Organize presentation files and references systematically

6. MATERIAL SELECTION SUPPORT & VENDOR COORDINATION
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures
- Collect samples , catalogues, and product information
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, availability and delivery.
- Maintain and update the material library

7. SITE VISITS & EXECUTION SUPPORT
- Visit project sites for measurements and documentation
- Support in monitoring execution as per drawings
- Coordinate with contractors for regular updates
- Report site observations and issues to senior designers

8. DOCUMENTATION & BOQS
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and specifications
- Maintain weekly interna
