Job Summary
The Land Legal & Revenue Affairs Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal, revenue, and regulatory issues related to land acquisition.
The role involves conducting due diligence, coordinating with government authorities, obtaining statutory permissions, resolving title and revenue-related matters, and ensuring that acquired land is legally explicit for development.
The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of Maharashtra Revenue Laws, land records, government procedures, and various land-related legislations applicable to real estate development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Land Due Diligence
● Conduct legal and revenue due diligence for prospective land acquisitions. ● Verify ownership, title chain, revenue records, and mutation entries. ● Identify legal, regulatory, and revenue-related risks before acquisition.

Revenue & Government Approvals Handle and coordinate matters relating to:
● Revenue Records (7/12, Ferfar, Mutation, Property Cards, etc.) ● Revenue Department procedures ● Tahsildar Office ● Talathi Office ● Circle Office ● Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) ● District Collector Office

3. Land Law Compliance Provide guidance and resolution for matters relating to: ● Section 36 & 36A (Tribal Land Matters) ● Ceiling Act ● Maharashtra Land Revenue Code ● Tenancy Laws ● Agricultural Land Conversion ● Occupancy Class issues ● Government Land Matters ● Encroachments ● Easement Rights ● Right of Way ● Land Classification ● Mutation & Record Corrections

4. Permissions & NOCs Coordinate and obtain necessary approvals relating to:
● Tribal Land Permissions ● Government Permissions ● Collector Permissions ● Revenue Department NOCs ● Land Conversion Approvals ● Other statutory land-related permissions required b
