Role Description This is a full time, on-site Caller role based in Dwarka. The Caller will engage with prospective and existing clients over phone calls to introduce SteadHomes’ services, understand property requirements, and qualify leads for the advisory team.



Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or call logs, and following up on leads within defined timelines. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and advisory teams to schedule meetings or site visits, sharing property information, and ensuring a professional, timely, and helpful experience for every caller. The Caller is expected to meet call volume and conversion targets while upholding SteadHomes’ values of transparency and client-first service.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi and active listening abilities.
Customer service and relationship-building skills to handle inquiries, address basic concerns, and create a positive client experience.
