About The Role

The CyberArk L3 Operations Engineer at TCS plays a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of privileged access management systems across enterprise environments. This position involves handling complex technical issues, performing platform upgrades, and ensuring the smooth operation of CyberArk PAM components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including L2 support, security architects, and application owners,



to deliver high-quality operational support and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a strong focus on Privileged Access Management solutions. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Certifications such as CyberArk Guardian or Defender, along with ITIL Foundation, are highly preferred. Candidates should have extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM components, scripting languages like PowerShell, and familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. A solid understanding of Active Directory, Windows/Linux administration, and network fundamentals is essential.
