Role Overview
ISPP is seeking an Admissions & Outreach Counsellor to support the admissions team in student recruitment and outreach activities for the school’s programmes, both PDM and Executive education.



The Counsellor will primarily engage in call counselling to advise prospective students about ISPP’s offerings and assist them in identifying and enrolling in the programme best suited to their needs.
In addition to guiding candidates through the admissions process, the role will contribute to outreach and marketing initiatives — including drafting mailers, blogs, and other communication material — to engage prospective students and build awareness of ISPP’s programmes. The position involves managing large datasets on a CRM platform, handling queries over the phone, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective students.
