About The Role
We are seeking a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our agile team at Ace Of Estates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in running successful performance marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads with a strong return on investment. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging, analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights, and continually optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
