About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the full-scale commercial development, channel partner management, and market expansion efforts in India. This strategic role involves independently driving growth initiatives, establishing and nurturing key partnerships,



and executing tailored market strategies to penetrate the Indian healthcare sector effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a robust distribution network, managing regulatory and market access processes, and representing Liferiver in key industry events. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a sustainable business footprint in India, working closely with global management teams to align local strategies with the company's overall vision.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 12 years of experience in the IVD, clinical diagnostics, or medical device industry, with specific expertise in the Indian market. A strong background in molecular diagnostics, PCR technology, and laboratory diagnostics is essential. Candidates should have established networks within India's healthcare channel, including connections with diagnostic distributors, hospitals, reference laboratories, healthcare groups, and industry KOLs.
