Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to on-ground delivery.
Support project timelines, budgets, checklists, and operational planning.
Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, production, travel, and in office requirements.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, reports, and documentation.
Work closely with the team to develop and execute creative event solutions and experiences.
Support on-ground event execution and ensure everything runs seamlessly.




Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the overall success of projects.
