About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern to join our team. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, business development, field sales, marketing activities, and relationship building.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and offline channels.
Identify potential customers and schedule meetings with prospects.
Conduct society promotions, kiosk activations, corporate visits, exhibitions, college activities, mall promotions, and other marketing activities.
Represent the company's brands at events and promotional activities.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, corporate clients, institutions, and business partners.
Assist in executing promotional and customer acquisition campaigns.
Conduct competitor research and collect market intelligence.
Gather customer feedback and identify potential business opportunities.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, daily activities, and campaign reports.




Coordinate with internal teams for the execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process.
