Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials as per organizational requirements
Maintain and update purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, follow-ups, and order status updates
Support in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Perform data entry and analysis using MS Excel
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all procurement-related records
Collaborate with internal departments for requirement planning and order processing
