We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our business across Amazon and our Shopify website.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales on Amazon and Shopify.
Handle product listings, pricing, offers, inventory, and merchandising.
Optimize Amazon listings and manage basic Amazon Ads/PPC.
Manage Shopify product uploads, collections, promotions, and website updates.
Track and improve online sales, conversion rate, and profitability.
Manage daily orders, packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
Track delayed shipments, RTOs, and delivery issues.
Maintain records of returns, refunds, damages and replacements.
Maintain and review the E-commerce P&L;, including sales, marketplace fees, shipping, advertising spend, returns, and margins.
Monitor inventory and ensure rapid-selling products remain in stock.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for sales, returns, advertising, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer experience.





We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of the online business, from listings and sales growth to dispatch, returns, and profitability.
