Role Description The Real Estate Sales – Senior Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Koramangala, North Bengaluru. This role involves leading and managing sales activities for primary real estate inventory, including overseeing a sales team, setting targets, and driving revenue growth. The Senior Sales Manager will engage with builders, brokers, and buyers,



conduct property presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends, maintaining an updated inventory pipeline, coordinating site visits, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires close collaboration with internal technology and operations teams to ensure that sales processes align with India Realty’s marketplace and distribution objectives.
Qualifications
