Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Cochin,



Coimbatore & Bangalore responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Datacipher’s customer base in networking and security solutions. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to understand client needs, prepare proposals, and ensure solutions are aligned with customer requirements. Day-to-day activities involve forecasting sales, tracking performance metrics, mentoring sales team members, and representing Datacipher at client meetings, industry events, and presentations. The role also includes identifying new market opportunities, contributing to go-to-market plans, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
