Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collections Specialist role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Collections Specialist will contact customers regarding outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely cash collection in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.



Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of all interactions, updating account information, and escalating complex cases as needed. The role involves collaborating with customer service and finance teams to resolve disputes, clarify billing issues, and support overall credit and collections processes. The Collections Specialist is expected to meet performance targets, follow standardized workflows, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused experience.
Qualifications

Strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with the ability to negotiate payment solutions professionally.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India and perform in a target-driven environment.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in relevant computer app
