About The Role

Role Overview

NR Consulting is looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance activities across software development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual testing, automation testing, QA processes, test planning, team management, release quality, defect control,



and stakeholder communication.

This role requires someone who can manage QA teams, define testing strategy, improve testing processes, and ensure high-quality software delivery across web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading QA teams.
Robust knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and release management.
Hands-on experience in manual testing, automation testing, regression testing, API testing, and UAT support.
Proficiency with testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, Postman, Swagger, or similar.
Good understanding of automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks.
Ability to define QA processes, testing standards, defect management processes, and release quality controls.
