Role Description The Property Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will guide clients through property selection, investment decisions, and transaction processes, ensuring clear and transparent communication at every stage. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project features and pricing, addressing client queries,
and maintaining long-term relationships with buyers and investors. The Property Advisor will also coordinate with internal teams to manage documentation, follow up on leads, and support closing of sales while upholding the company’s values of integrity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
