As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive Darbond’s growth in the India market.

Role Description
The Business Development Manager – India is a full-time remote position responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding Darbond’s presence across India.

You will identify and develop prospective customers, build relationships with key decision-makers,



and work with distributors and business partners to develop opportunities in targeted industries.

You will work closely with Darbond’s technical, product and international teams to understand customer applications and requirements, recommend appropriate material solutions, coordinate technical evaluations and trials, and support commercial negotiations through to deal closure.

The role will also involve maintaining the sales pipeline and forecasts, gathering market and competitor intelligence, developing territory growth plans, and representing Darbond at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

As this is a remote role, the successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and travelling within India to meet customers and business partners as required.
