About HiWox

HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building a multidisciplinary founding team across healthcare, technology, product, data and business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Automation Expert who can build a scalable and technology-driven customer acquisition and sales system for HiWox.

The role will focus on connecting marketing, lead generation, CRM, sales, follow-ups, consultations, conversions and customer engagement through automation, AI and data-driven workflows.





This is an equity-based founding team chance for someone who wants to build the growth infrastructure from the ground up and take ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build complete marketing and sales funnels for HiWox's B2C and B2B offerings.
Build automated systems for lead capture, qualification, segmentation, nurturing, follow-ups, consultation booking and conversion.
Set up and manage CRM systems to track leads, prospects, customers, sales activities and pipeline movement.
Automate WhatsApp, email, SMS and other communication workflows wherever appropriate.
Integrate Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, app, CRM, WhatsApp and analytics platforms into connected customer journeys.
Build lead-scoring and qualification systems to identify high-intent prospects and prioritize sales efforts.
Develop automated workflows for different customer segments including corporates, hospitals,
