Role Overview

As an experienced HR Executive, you will serve as a key people leader within the organization, driving end-to-end HR strategy, vendor coordination and execution across the employee lifecycle.



You will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational growth.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business leaders, department heads, and external partners to deliver effective HR solutions. You will address workforce challenges, strengthen organizational processes, and ensure smooth execution of HR policies and best practices across the company.

You will also play a key advisory and mentoring role, supporting managers and employees through HR processes, fostering a positive work culture, and improving overall employee experience.
