Role Description

/n

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hindi Language Teacher Facilitator located in Bengaluru at Valistus International School. The Teacher Facilitator will be responsible for teaching language, lesson planning, conducting education activities, and encouraging literature exploration on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

/n

/n
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or relevant subject specialization.
/n
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
/n




- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, preferably in an international curriculum workplace.
/n
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and English.
/n
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
/n
- Experience with digital teaching tools and online platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
/n
- Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
/n

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in teaching Hindi in IB / IGCSE / CBSE international settings.
/n
- Creative and resourceful with strong interpersonal skills.

- Passionate about language education and student development.
