Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and demonstrate our CRM tool and its benefits to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities for new website design and development projects.
- Identify businesses that require digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and online branding.
- Conduct product/service presentations and online meetings with prospects.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical/team members when required.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Update lead status, customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Research businesses and identify new sales opportunities.

For Freshers
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn CRM software, website services, and digital marketing.
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking with customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous sales experience is not mandatory.

For Experienced Candidates
- 1–5+ years of experience in IT sales, software sales, CRM sales, website sales, digital marketing sales, or B2B sales.
