About the Role

Just Homestay is looking for an Outbound Call Executive who will be responsible for calling leads, understanding their travel requirements, following up with potential customers, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in outbound calling and sales, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and be target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through WhatsApp, website, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, number of guests, budget, and property preferences.
- Follow up with interested and pending leads regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed villa/homestay bookings.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Explain property options, facilities, policies, and booking terms clearly.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and booking outcomes.
- Ensure timely follow-up so that no high-intent lead is missed.
- Coordinate with the operations/reservations team when required.
- Meet daily and monthly calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication style.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling is mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, travel, hospitality, real estate, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive on phone calls.
- Robust follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
