Position Purpose
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive / Senior Executive who can drive new business growth through solid prospecting, lead generation and field sales. The ideal candidate should be a hunter with proven experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Candidates with experience selling Tax Solutions, Financial Solutions, Compliance Solutions, Payroll, HRMS or HCM solutions will be preferred.
Experience working with or selling to CA/CS firms, consultants, law firms or staffing agencies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking and other prospecting channels.




- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across the assigned territory.
- Research prospects to understand their business needs, challenges and potential solution requirements.
- Connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders to generate interest and create sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct regular field meetings and customer visits to develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve assigned business development, pipeline and revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
