We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Solid Waste Management (SWM) to lead and manage urban sanitation and solid waste management projects. The candidate will be responsible for project implementation, stakeholder coordination, team management, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring timely achievement of project deliverables.

Preferred Institutions / Academic Background

Candidates with relevant education or specialized training from institutions such as:
- WASH Institute – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
- BITS Pilani – Water & Sanitation-related programmes
- Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) – WASH, Urban Sanitation & Solid Waste Management
- Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS) – Urban Systems,



Sanitation & related programmes
- All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health (AIIHPH) – Public Health, Sanitation & Hygiene

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager – SWM, you will be responsible for the overall implementation and management of the assigned project. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management & Implementation
- Lead and manage the overall implementation of SBM-U and Solid Waste Management (SWM) project activities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, targets, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure timely execution of project activities and achievement of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify implementation gaps and challenges.
- Recommend and implement corrective measures to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, quality standards, and agreed deliverables.
