Shift: U.S. Night Shift, 5pm to 3am, Monday to Friday

Experience: Minimum 3 year of relevant U.S. SBA / Commercial Lending experience

About the Role:
/n
We are looking for an experienced SBA Commercial Loan Processor / Packaging Specialist with hands-on experience in U.S. SBA and commercial business lending. The ideal candidate should understand the complete loan processing and packaging cycle and be comfortable reviewing U.S. borrower and financial documents.
/n
Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Process and package U.S. SBA and commercial business loan applications from application through approval/closing.
/n
- Work on SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and conventional commercial loans.
/n
- Collect, verify, and review borrower documentation.
/n
- Review U.S. personal and business tax returns, P&L; statements, balance sheets, bank statements, debt schedules, and business plans.
/n
- Identify missing, inconsistent,
or incomplete information and coordinate for resolution.
/n
- Prepare complete and accurate loan packages for underwriters and lenders.
/n
- Support underwriting by organizing financial and borrower information.
/n
- Coordinate with U.S. borrowers, brokers, lenders, and underwriters.
/n
- Track pending documents, conditions, and follow-ups until the loan file is ready for approval/closing.
/n
- Maintain accurate loan records in the relevant LOS/CRM systems.
/n
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and quality requirements.
/n

Required Skills & Experience:
/n
/n
- Minimum 3 year of hands-on U.S. SBA or commercial lending experience.
/n
- Practical experience with SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and/or U.S. conventional commercial loans.
/n
- Solid understanding of U.S. loan documentation and processing.
/n
- Experience reviewing U.S. tax returns and financial statements.
/n
- Understanding of DSCR and basic commer
