We are looking for a City ODC / Corporate Sales Manager to drive bulk order, corporate sales, institutional business, events, and wedding opportunities across the city. The role will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate accounts, developing event partnerships, growing online bulk-order channels, leading a field sales team, and coordinating end-to-end fulfilment with outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Sales & Account Management
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate accounts across IT parks, banks, MNCs, co-working spaces, hospitals, and manufacturing units.
- Build and manage a portfolio of minimum 30 active corporate accounts within 6 months of joining.
- Conduct in-person client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close standing orders and monthly supply contracts.
- Develop strong relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Facilities teams.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities during festive seasons, employee events, celebrations, and company milestones.

2. Events,



Weddings & Institutional Business
- Identify and build relationships with event planners, wedding coordinators, caterers, and event agencies.
- Establish a minimum of 5 active event/catering tie-ups.
- Promote MOD's Donut Wall, DIY Workshop, bulk catering, and event packages for birthdays, weddings, school events, and brand activations.
- Develop a strong pipeline across schools and colleges for annual days, fests, cultural events, and institutional requirements.
- Explore and close monthly/quarterly supply agreements with institutions.
- Participate in relevant expos, wedding fairs, corporate networking events, and industry events to generate recent business opportunities.

3. Online & D2C Bulk Order Growth
- Manage and grow the city's online bulk-order business through:
- MOD Bulk Portal
- Zomato Catering
- Swiggy Business
- Ensure all city listings, menus, pricing, and product information remain active and update
