Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Ecommerce Key Account Management

Location: Vashi, Mumbai / Kharadi, Pune HO

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n
- Own revenue, P&L;, and business growth for key ecommerce accounts including Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce platforms, and e-pharmacies.
/n
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, customer acquisition, retention with profitability.
/n
- Will be responsible for managing and growing business with assigned accounts through strong customer partnerships, flawless execution, and data driven account management.
/n
- Design, negotiate, and execute Terms of Trade and Joint Business Plans.
/n
- Drive assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
/n
- Monitor competitor activities and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for business growth opportunities.
/n




- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to improve marketplace visibility, discoverability, advertising performance, and conversion, ensuring campaigns support account growth and sales objectives.
/n
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, etc to drive sustainable growth
/n
- Drive sales forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with Supply Chain to ensure inventory availability.
/n
- Analyze data from business and performance, and create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

/n

/n
- 4–7 years of experience in Ecommerce Key Account Management, Marketplace Sales, or Digital Commerce, with experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or other ecommerce marketplaces.

- Solid understanding of ecommerce marketplaces and digital advertising ecosystems.
