Job Description
- Own the overall P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, and business performance of the business.
- Drive the expansion strategy, including market assessment, business case development, launch, and scale-up of new centers across India.
- Lead sales, patient acquisition, referral networks, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to grow patient volumes and brand presence.
- Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring operational excellence, productivity, service quality, and capacity utilization across centers.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 10-15+ years of experience in healthcare, IVF, hospitals, diagnostics, or multi-site service businesses, with proven P&L; ownership and commercial leadership.
- Demonstrated success in scaling multi-location operations, launching current centers, and driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth.
- Strong exposure to sales, marketing, patient acquisition, business development, and operational excellence.




- An entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who thrives in founder-led, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across operations, finance, marketing, procurement, and support functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with founders, senior leadership, and clinical teams.
- Leaders with strong business acumen, high ownership, and the ambition to build and scale a PAN India healthcare platform over the long term.
