We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing Services

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can take ownership of our sales process, manage the sales team, close deals, and help us grow our digital marketing business.

Key Responsibilities
/n
• Manage and guide the business development and sales team
/n
• Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves them
/n
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, proposals, and overall sales performance
/n
• Take client calls and actively participate in closing deals
/n
• Improve the sales process and conversion rate
/n
• Identify new opportunities to generate business
/n
• Work closely with management on business growth strategies
/n
• Take complete responsibility for monthly sales targets and revenue growth
/n
• Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance
/n
Who We're Looking For
/n
• Proven experience in selling digital marketing services is mandatory
/n
• Experience managing a sales or business development team
/n
• Solid understanding of services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and related digital services
/n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-closing skills
/n
• Target-oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for results
/n
• Ability to handle international clients and sales calls confidently
/n
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
/n
Important
/n
We are not looking for candidates from general sales backgrounds.
/n
You should have hands-on experience working with a digital marketing agency or digital marketing services sales team and understand how to sell marketing services to businesses.
/n
